Our team of former SRA compliance experts are ideally placed to guide you on practical ways of ensuring regulatory requirements in relation to referral fees are met and you a re able to demonstrate how you have achieved compliance with section 56 of LASPO in order to show that you have complied with the Principles of the SRA’s Standards and Regulations.

She was responsible for training key SRA staff on the effect of the ban and also provided external training on the subject.

Richard Robinson has given advice on referral arrangements to the SRA’s Standards Committee and has developed and led an SRA-themed visit initiative on referral arrangements. He has a thorough understanding of the compliance issues that surround firms’ relationships with introducers.
